You will need: 4-5 medium carrots; 1 medium onion; frozen green beans (optional); bunch of green onions; 140 g red lentils; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp peeled grated fresh ginger; 1-2 bags of green tea; 1 potato; salt and paper.
To saucepan add ginger and 1L of water, bring to boil and add tea bags. Remove from heat and cover.
