ABOUT ME

INSPIRED BY FASHION. IN LOVE WITH NUTRITION

I am Tatiana, the Nutrition Stylist and the Nutrition Therapist behind NutriCouture. I am based in Cork in the South of Ireland.

I have been passionate about Nutrition, Psychology, and Style since my early 20s. In 2015 I added my Master degree in Social management with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. That was the official beginning of my creation as you see it now — NutriCouture.

As a Personal Nutrition Stylist I help people navigate through the jungle of food and diet related information in order to find the best nutritional plan to match their health goals and lifestyle. Everybody is unique; therefore, there is no such this as a universal diet. My goal is to show you nutrition from a different, more lively, bright and enjoyable perspective. I am confident that shopping in Health shops or Grocery shops can be as exciting for you as shopping in a designer shoe shop. Yet, unlike ordinary shopping it will positively affect not only your appearance and confidence but also your health and mood.

I provide a comprehensive range of professional nutritional services including unique offers you won’t find anywhere else in the world. Dive into NutriCouture. Find your Nutri Style to feel and look better than ever!

NutriCouture is a completely different approach to nutrition where I become your Personal Nutrition Stylist. You are probably thinking right now «Why would I need a personal stylist for food? Food is just food», but I’d like to challenge that thought. When I tell people that fashion and nutrition have a lot in common they don’t believe me. Really, what may connect chic designer clothes with boring broccoli? My answer is: everything!

We all know that style is more than clothes, accessories, shoes or brands. When we talk about style everything counts. We look at nails, make-up and even confidence. Women enjoy make-up sessions, photo sessions, manicures and pedicures. People adore sparkling department stores, authentic boutiques, fashion magazines and fashion shows. Yet, when it comes to nutrition the degree of joy sometimes drops significantly. The idea of spending a couple of hours in a clothing shop or in a beauty salon brings many of us to an etherial state as opposed to the poor fate to do weekly groceries or to visit the food market. Despite bright food blogs and yummy recipes in Instagram, many people consider nutrition as a boring pressing need in order to loose weight, gain weight or follow a GP recommendations.

I believe that nutrition must be and actually is one of the most important components of your style. «Why?» you ask. Below are just a couple of reasons:
Proper diet promotes healthy nails, strong and shiny hair, and radiant healthy skin. It does not matter what skin care product or shampoo you use; you will never get the best result without feeding your beauty from the inside.
Good diet is the key to maintain a healthy weight, which means you won’t have to spend hundreds on new clothes when your weight goes up and down every year.

The food we eat influences our mood and energy levels. Even the best dress in the world won’t look great with an unhappy face.
Do you follow food bloggers? You probably have not seen pictures of frozen burgers or drinks full of artificial sweeteners, right? Ironically, unhealthy food does not look stylish while fresh fruits, vegetables and salads are very camera-friendly.
Proper diet is not expensive. Smart grocery shopping can save you time, energy and money so you have more for other aspects of your style.
