Today is Friday so let’s talk about alcohol. To be honest it took me some time to figure out what I can compare alcohol with? What is that piece of clothes both man and woman wear despite knowing it is not a healthy option? I think that the closest would be very tight underwear. Too tight, especially polyester underwear carry a lot of health risks including infertility in man and women, infections, skin issues, heart burn and poor blood circulation. Well, alcohol does pretty much the same. However, the amount of time you wear such underwear as well as the amount of alcohol you consume can either increase or decrease the above health risks. The same is with the quality of both. A glass of good wine or a gorgeous small cotton or silk briefs won’t be as harmful as a glass of cheap or sweet alcohol or polyester strings you wear day and night. Moderation is the key principle in fashion and nutrition. A glass or two of dry wine may be what you need at the particular moment. Sometimes a tight push-up bra will make you happier. Unfortunately in winter some tend to increase both, the amount and the alcohol %. Try to avoid this trend. That way you can have your special moments without big harm 😃
What are the general principals?
– If you choose to drink alcohol consider dry wine in moderation first. To keep your health risks low it is advisable to limit your wine intake to six 175 ml glasses. It can be slightly more if your wine is under 13%.
– If you drink beer, up to six 4% pints of lager/ale a week is considered low risk consumption.
– Up to fourteen 25ml spirits is considered low risk
