This program was designed specially for women from 18 to 100 years old. Every single aspect of female health and wellbeing depends on all kinds of tiny little hormones circulating in women’s bodies.  The correct balance of hormones is crucial for glowing skin, high energy, stable positive mood and healthy weight. Whether you are experiencing PMS, fighting with infertility, or going through menopause this programme will help you to feed your body properly.

 

The package includes:

  • The initial 90 minute consultation. You will get a full health assessment with special consideration of possible hormonal imbalance. We will have enough time to discuss your current eating style, analyse your nutritional needs and find the best possible ways to bring your hormonal system back in balance. At the end of the consultation you will get a detailed 2-week nutrition plan.

  • 2 follow-up consultations. The duration of each follow-up is 30 minutes. The first consultation will take place 2 weeks after the initial consultation where we will discuss your half-way results, analyse all possible concerns, and make necessary dietary adjustments. The second follow-up will be scheduled 2 weeks later to discuss in detail the longterm nutrition plan for beauty support.

  • Skype support throughout the duration of the program. You can schedule three 15-minute Skype consultations if you have any additional questions or doubts. You don’t have to wait until the next follow-up!

  • PDF booklet with tips and recipes. A total of 10 detailed recipes which includes 2 tailored breakfast options, 2 lunchs, 2 dinners, 2 snacks and 2 desserts (we all love deserts, don’t we?)
